Mitre 10 Employee Diversity and Inclusion Video
We’ve created Employer Brands for some of New Zealand’s largest and most well-known brands, and we can now add another great brand to that list.
Mitre 10 has a very strong external brand and internal culture. However, with the services sector accounting for 70% of NZ’s GDP, Mitre 10 needed to communicate why it is a fantastic place to work.
Working in partnership with Mitre 10 people, we created their first Diversity and Inclusion video.
‘Dear Mitre 10’ is a letter from eight Mitre 10ers, with eight unique stories about their personal lives and their lives as part of the ‘Mitre 10 family.’
